FAQ

I’m a beginner. what class should i take?

Pole is everything you hear about. Fun. Empowering. Challenging. If I were you I’d book a one-on-one session. If you want to try it out at the studio I currently teach at their schedule is here. (scroll to the bottom of the pg)

Is every class a pole class?

No! Pole-dance has a weight limit and in many cases physical limitations. I am a Sensual Dance Fitness Master Instructor. Meaning, girl we fuck the floor, stretch our bodies, lap-dance and use the chair as our prop. there is something for Every-Body! Pole is just one way we dance.

is there an age requirement to participate?

The classes are designed to ignite feminine energy and uncensored music and sexually suggestive movements are often staples of breaking down mental barriers. For that reason you should be 18 yrs. or older.

Can i book a dance for my lover typa session?

Eeeeeooooowwww. Yes. It is considered  a private lesson. You will learn a routine and thn I will step out of the room for the performance round.

can i just watch a class, i’m not sure if it’s for me?

Totally get that. If you want an idea of what classes are like please review my IG @mysmereyez. Everyone in the dance room must be a participant to ensure we are respectful of the student’s privacy and have no distractions.

What is the refund policy?

As with all fitness memberships, we do not offer refunds.

If you cancel class ahead of the 24 hour period your account will be credited for the class and you will have 30 days to redeem your class credit.

If class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive class credit and have up to 90 days to redeem. You will be notified via email of any cancellations at least 4 hours before the scheduled class.
